EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy is very flexible, but we do not make refunds.

Changes are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Exchanged items will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved for exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

In the event that an item you requested for an exchange is not received, we will notify you of the potential delay via email or call. We will also contact you by email or call if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are unable to honor your request.

You can also make the change of product in our store with prior notice.
